“During one of our European summers in Italy, we (Ritika & Ujjwal) were exploring a Sicilian town called Taormina. We were in awe of the town’s natural beauty and architecture. In addition, we realized that the magnificent flair and sublime artistry of the people’s outfits enhanced the overall beauty two-fold. The outfits were beautifully designed, and well crafted. As we witnessed the scenic landscape in all its glory, we realized that when something is so aesthetically pleasing, it can make the whole experience so enchanting… Not only for the ones witnessing it but also for the ones wearing these beautiful garments.

After reflecting on our experience, we learned that in addition to its aesthetic appeal, the way one dresses can be used to authentically express oneself. Clothing can be an effective tool in materializing the kind of persona you wish to portray.
