Returns and Exchanges
Every garment we craft is uniquely made on order as per your selected size specifications. This means we can’t accept returns. But don’t worry! We’re happy to help you get the perfect fit by providing alterations at a cost. Just make sure to double-check our detailed size guide before you place an order with us.
Cancellations
As soon as you click that order button, we’re already at work, creating something amazing just for you. This means we can’t cancel orders once they’re placed. Let’s make sure you’re excited about your purchase before you commit.
Damages
For order issues such as damaged or defective products, please contact us at info@threadsmith.in within 48 hours of receiving the products, along with product images.
If the packaging is inadequately sealed or appears to be damaged, we kindly request you to refrain from accepting the delivery.
We will only accept articles that are returned in their original packaging, are unused and unwashed with all tags still attached. Otherwise we may not accept the returns and send it back to the customer.
